EXCHANGING ITEMS:
“We are unable to accept exchanges of merchandise purchased online due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. The exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. However, if the size of the item you ordered is not as per your instructions, we are happy to assist with an exchange. To proceed, kindly ensure that you clearly mention the correct size. Please note that for size-related exchanges, customers are kindly requested to bear the cost of returning the item and provide precise instructions regarding the size issue.”
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO ORIGINS STORES:
“Please note that we don’t offer refunds for delivered orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
“Customers do not have any option to cancel the order once they placed , they have been processed. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Following shipment, our standard return and exchange policy will apply. It’s important to mention that PINK CHIFFON reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including instances such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or instances where credit card payments are declined by the issuing financial institution.”
